Are activities and warranty claims recorded correctly?
Failure to record data or recording it incorrectly will result in data contamination and possibly even (legal) problems. We can perform (unannounced) visits within your network and randomly review documents using a predetermined checklist. You will of course receive a report of our findings in a manner of your choosing.
